These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Affinique Media Services Pvt Ltd's Website, located at https://www.vsnapu.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Scope of Services: The Company will provide photography services to the Client as specified in the Client's booking agreement, subject to the Photographer's availability. The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to capture high-quality images. The Client is expected to cooperate with the Photographer for posing and dressing up within the duration of the photography session as per the booking agreement.
Payment: A deposit is required to secure the date of the photography session. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation within 48 hours of booking, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. The balance is due in full on or before the day of the photography session.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: The Client may cancel or reschedule the photography session within 48 hours of booking, without forfeiting the deposit. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the photography session.
Copyright and Usage: The Company retains the copyright to all images created during the photography session. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only. The Client may not sell or otherwise transfer the images to any third party.
Model Release: The Client grants the Company permission to use any images taken during the photography session for advertising, promotional, and display purposes. The Client agrees to obtain written permission from any individuals who appear in the images.
Liability: The Company will take every reasonable care to prevent loss or damage to the Client's property, including any images created during the photography session. However, the Company assumes no liability for any loss or damage to the Client's property. The Client assumes all liability for any damage or injury caused by the Client or their guests during the photography session.
Notification: The Company will send alerts via WhatsApp or SMS to the Client regarding the scheduled session, and it is the Client's responsibility to be on a network or Wi-Fi to receive the alerts. Delivery of the edited images will be via SMS or WhatsApp, and the delivery time will be as per the plan chosen by the Client.
Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or labor disputes.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Chhattisgarh, India.
Delivery: The Company will deliver the number of edited images as per the plan chosen by the Client. All images will not be edited. The Photographer does not provide raw images clicked during the photography session unless agreed upon in writing and may be available on extra charges.
Tip / Extra Payments Outside of the Contract: Any additional payment to the photographer in cash or money transfer for additional services, add-ons is strictly prohibited and will be deemed as a breach of this agreement.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement.
